Shah, Managing Director
First
became involved in property at the age of 17 when
he purchased his first house and became self-taught
in all aspects of construction while carrying out
the refurbishment. Progressing to a sizeable portfolio,
he then moved into care homes and again developed
a substantial chain, prior to disposal in order to
start new build residential developments and business
park projects. TLB’s portfolio now ranges from
state of the art town centre office centres to business
parks that allow fledgling businesses low-cost start-up
rentals. |
Maureen
Shah, Finance Director
Maureen’s
involvement in the growth of TLB has seen her dealing
with multi-national concerns on property and land acquisition
and, at the other end of the scale, one-man businesses
seeking low-cost premises to launch an enterprise. |

Tariq
Shah BSc, Director
A
Politics and Economics graduate of Birmingham University,
Tariq is TLB’s acquisitions director, handling
deals across the UK, including London. Prior to and
during his studies in Birmingham, he was substantially
involved in the development of TLB and gained hands
on site experience, including qualifications to operate
most grades of construction site vehicles. |
